Learn to user Customer Relationship Management for Activity Tracking, Lead Nurturing, Opportunity Management and Account Management. Learn by doing the usage of the tool and its various functionality using SugarCRM.
Exploring the multiple CRMs that are available in the market like Salesforce, Dynamics, SugarCRM etc.
Hands On Internship
